Founder and state head Mr. Vikas Mohan Bansal is a  renowned name in Agarwal community from last 30 years his main ambition is to provide political recognition to the community. He is holding chief position in local as well as national communities.He is having his own properties business.He was born in a  renowned family (Durex Pen&Co.) of Agra on 27 October 1971 .He was a graduate in B.Sc. from St.John’s college,Agra. During his graduation days only, He has started his social life by holding different positions in student organisations. He doesn’t have any God father, He takes his father,Mr Jagat Mohan Bansal,as his ideal,Who is also a social worker.
